Ciao! 👋 I’m Veronica, a certified and native Italian language teacher with a neutral accent.
I’ve been teaching Italian for over 8 years to hundreds of students offline and online on various platforms. I work with students of all levels, from very beginners to advanced learners looking for conversation practice.

I was born and raised in a small town close to Milan, and over the past few years, I’ve lived in Japan, Russia, and Finland. These experiences abroad have given me a different perspective on language learning and what it’s like to navigate a new culture.
Because I’m a redhead, you might think I have some other international roots, but in fact, I’m simply part of the rare 0.57% of the Italian population with natural red hair! 😄
I’ve always been passionate about languages, cultures, and traveling. In recent years, I’ve visited over 40 countries, and this travel has made me understand and connect even more with my home country 🇮🇹 Each trip has helped me better explain Italian culture and mindset to my students.
Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in psychology at an Italian university, which is adding new depth to my teaching approach. Understanding how people learn and what motivates students has made me a better educator. This knowledge, combined with my years of teaching experience, allows me to create more effective learning experiences.
I’m extroverted at heart and genuinely love connecting with people from all backgrounds. That’s one of the main reasons I’m so passionate about teaching, and I think it’s why my students tell me they feel at ease talking with me, even when making mistakes.
I firmly believe that education is the key to changing the world, which is why I decided to become a teacher. I’m also excited to announce that I’ll soon be organizing educational trips to Italy, combining language learning with real cultural immersion.
Looking toward the future, I’m planning to continue along this path, and I’m also interested in engaging with humanitarian projects related to education.
In my free time, I love learning about history, geopolitics, art, philosophy, and psychology. I’m always up for good conversations and believe that curiosity about the world makes us better teachers and learners.
